Bereavement affects us all in different ways, and can be overwhelming as well as devastating. Knowing what to do when someone dies can be distressing, but there are many sites that can advise on what you will need to do.
A funeral can only take place after the death is registered. You can pay for a funeral director to arrange the funeral or you can look into doing it yourself.
With the current restrictions across the UK, only up to thirty family members and friends may attend a funeral. The venue must also have enough space for you to follow social distancing guidelines. It is advisable to check with the venue if you’re not sure.
